We offer you the simple option of sending us your files or directories via the TeamBeam web portal in accordance with BDSG data protection regulations.
All data is transmitted and stored in encrypted form
TeamBeam uses SSL encryption for transfers in both directions (upload + download). All transfer data is stored in encrypted form. The highly secure AES method is used as the encryption method. The SSL/TLS configuration has been awarded an A rating by the independently operating SSL Labs.
TeamBeam is compliant with the Federal Data Protection Act
The German Federal Data Protection Act (GDPR) contains the world’s leading and strictest data protection regulations. TeamBeam fulfils all the requirements stipulated there, such as the contract concluded with the solution provider for commissioned data processing.
All TeamBeam servers are located in German data centres
All TeamBeam servers are located in Germany and are subject exclusively to German law.
Additional protection with transfer passwords
Each transfer can also be secured with a transfer password. Passwords are always stored in encrypted form.

Status messages & updates
For even more convenience, the very helpful data dispatch status messages are sent by e-mail to inform you immediately whether, for example, the data has been collected from the recipient or whether the data is available for you to download.
