Innovative ideas phase
Innovative ideas are developed through the consistent application of a wide variety of brainstorming methods. Developers from all disciplines are involved in the development process, contributing their extensive expertise in manufacturing methods, mechanics, materials science and simulation.

Concept development
The overall project, which usually consists of partial solutions, is broken down in a structured manner and the approaches from the innovative idea phase are detailed into concepts. Only when one or more concepts of a partial solution have been worked out to an appropriate degree can a well-founded decision be made. The right choice in this phase is decisive for the time, costs and fundamental success of the project.

Development and construction
In order to minimise the risk of planning errors in subsequent processes, it is necessary to convert the overall design from a concept into an exact virtual prototype, which finally represents the series production. Therefore, all necessary special features such as manufacturing options, purchased parts, etc. should be taken into account.

Technical documentation
Technical documents are essential for the safe, efficient, and flexible production of complex products. Technical drawings bridge the gap between planning and manufacturing, defining requirements, processes, and assembly methods. They also enable design validation through tolerance analysis or FMEA.
