From a core application to a scalable platform
Together with d.u.h.Group, enercity has rapidly built a scalable low-code platform that already features eight live apps and services.
In 2023, the Commissioning Portal (IBA) was launched as a central application for managing all meter movements within the network area. This was followed as early as 2024 by the digital implementation of processes required by law under Section 14a of the Energy Industry Act (EnWG) — within just three weeks.
At the same time, enercity set up its own Mendix team to further expand the platform in a targeted manner and implement new solutions more quickly.
