Here, we offer you a simple way to send us your files or directories via the TeamBeam web portal, in compliance with data protection regulations under the BDSG.

All data is transmitted and stored in encrypted form

TeamBeam uses SSL encryption for data transmission in both directions (upload and download). All transferred data is stored in encrypted form. The highly secure AES encryption algorithm is used. The SSL/TLS configuration has been awarded an ‘A’ rating by the independent organisation SSL Labs.

TeamBeam complies with the Federal Data Protection Act

The Federal Data Protection Act (DSGVO) contains the world’s leading and most stringent data protection regulations. TeamBeam complies with all the requirements set out therein, such as the contract for commissioned data processing concluded with the solution provider.

All TeamBeam servers are located in German data centres

All TeamBeam servers are located in Germany and are governed exclusively by German law.

Additional protection through transfer passwords

Each transfer can also be secured with a transfer password. Passwords are always stored in encrypted form.

TeamBeam is automatically updated on a regular basis and adapted to the latest
security requirements.

Status messages & updates

The extremely helpful status updates on data transmission via email provide even greater convenience, ensuring you are immediately informed, for example, whether the data has been collected by the recipient or whether it is available for you to download.
