Quality control using connected measuring equipment
A customer in the mechanical engineering sector had previously used separate measurement systems and paper-based documentation for quality control. With the introduction of the workstation, measurement values are now recorded automatically and 3D data from Teamcenter is visualised directly within the inspection process. Mendix Workstation
Technology that adapts to your processes
The solution is based on the Mendix Workstation and enables direct communication between the application and local devices on the shop floor. Measuring instruments, scanners, scales, printers and other peripheral devices are connected in real time and managed centrally via the Workstation Client. The data collected is immediately available within the application and can be seamlessly integrated into existing systems such as SAP, Teamcenter or QM solutions.
