How do I install the new Siemens licence service and activate a new licence file?

From NX2212 onwards, the new Siemens Licence Server software is required. This software provides licences for NX, Solid Edge, Teamcenter, Polarion and other Siemens programmes.

You can obtain a download link for the new licence service by emailing us at service@duh-group.com or via the Siemens portal.

Once the download is complete, launch the

and follow the setup steps.

Please note the port used during installation.

Furthermore, the installer will detect an existing installation of an ‘old’ licence service and update both the service and the licence.

The installer can also be used to import a new licence; to do this, simply run the installer again and follow the setup steps.

Einrichten eines WebKey Konto bei Siemens

Der gesamte Zugriff auf Software und dauerhafte Lizenzen erfolgt über ein Siemens WebKey-Konto. Daher ist es sehr wichtig, dass Sie Ihr eigenes WebKey-Konto erstellen.

Gehen Sie zu https://www2.industrysoftware.automation.siemens.com/webkey/ und wählen Sie die Option „Konto erstellen“

Als Nächstes füllen Sie die entsprechenden Informationen im angezeigten Formular aus.

Die wichtigsten Informationen sind hierbei die SoldTo-ID und der WebKey Access Code, die Sie in Ihrer Lizenzdatei finden.
