The d.u.h.Group is committed to practical training programmes and the long-term development of skilled workers – in collaboration with strong partners from the worlds of education, industry and academia. Based right at our industrial site in Beckum, we offer attractive entry-level opportunities for school pupils and students.

As part of a network of 19 industrial companies, we are committed to apprenticeships and the development of skilled workers in Beckum – through joint apprenticeship schemes, further training and our presence at trade fairs.
Dual study programmes in partnership with universities
As a partner to Münster University of Applied Sciences and Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences, we combine academic knowledge with direct practical application within the company – through study programmes, projects and work placements right from the start.

Work-study position.
Are you looking for a suitable job alongside your studies? As a working student with us, you’ll gain your first work experience and be able to put the knowledge you’ve learnt at university into practice straight away. And, of course, you’ll receive fair pay.
