24-hour Charity Spinning Marathon 2026 for Bethel successfully completed

Successful 24-hour Charity Spinning Marathon 2026 in aid of the Bethel Children’s and Young People’s Hospice
24 hours on a bike, numerous supporters along the route and a shared goal: to raise funds for the Bethel Children’s and Young People’s Hospice in Bielefeld.

Together with Team Plasmatreat, the d.u.h.Group took part for the first time in the 24-hour Charity Spinning Marathon, which was being held for the fifth time. The charity event combined sporting endeavour, team spirit and social commitment, and sent a strong message to the region.
The marathon took participants via several stops across Bielefeld – from the Active Sportshop via Fitness First and Club Stereo to Bethel. The event concluded there as part of the open day at the children’s and youth hospice.
A particular highlight was the successful 24-hour challenge: Vincent Helweg and Bastian Harfmann completed the full 24 hours without a break on the spinning bike, thereby achieving the campaign’s shared goal.

Thanks to the support of numerous partners, participants and sponsors, a total of more than 5,000 euros was raised for the Bethel Children’s and Youth Hospice. The d.u.h.Group contributed a donation of 2,000 euros, which was presented by Stefan Hindrichs, Managing Partner of the d.u.h.Group.

The collaboration with Team Plasmatreat demonstrates once again how shared commitment can have an impact beyond the world of sport. The two companies are linked not only by their partnership in cycling, but also by their shared aim of actively supporting regional projects and social organisations.
