GFP greenhouse with glass panes

The project

Switching to glass panes for a modern greenhouse

Traditional greenhouses often use double-wall plastic panels (8 mm or 16 mm thick). GFP has set itself the goal of developing an alternative using 4 mm-thick glass panes – for a more durable, visually appealing and stable solution.

However, simply changing the material was not enough. The door design and rainwater drainage system were also redesigned:

    • A sliding door replaces the traditional hinged door – it saves space and is easy to use.
    • The rainwater drainage system has been optimised to ensure better water flow and reduce pollution.
