Michael Arold is Partner Development Executive EMEA at Siemens Digital Industries Software. He is responsible for partner strategy, ecosystem development and business growth in the EMEA region. With over 25 years’ experience in industrial software and B2B technology sales, he brings in-depth expertise in digital product development, simulation and CAE. Previously, he held several senior leadership roles at Altair, including Senior Sales Director with responsibility for new business, regional accounts and sectors such as aerospace and automotive. He holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Stuttgart.
