UX/UI: putting the user first

Every interface is a crucial point of contact with the user. Whether it is a keyboard, a touchscreen or a control panel, all controls must be self-explanatory and intuitive to use. The user must feel at ease, and all processes must be as straightforward as possible.

A user’s or customer’s first impression is the visual presentation. It is therefore essential to pay particular attention to ensuring a high-quality, contemporary design. At the same time, the brand values of both the company and the product must be reflected.
