We’ve won an award! Attractive Employer 2025

We are delighted to have been recognised as one of a total of 67 companies in the ‘Attractive Employer in the Warendorf District 2025’ competition. The ceremonial presentation of the certificate took place on 14 May 2025 at the Sparkassenforum Warendorf – organised by the Warendorf District Economic Development Agency (gfw).

Our participation in the competition demonstrates that being an attractive employer is not a matter of chance, but the result of deliberate cultural development, a clear strategic focus and genuine collaboration. The fact that we are among the award-winning companies out of a field of 96 participants is both a confirmation of our efforts and an incentive for us.

Particularly in times of skills shortages and demographic change, positioning oneself as an attractive employer is becoming increasingly important. Through this competition, gfw specifically recognises those companies that are breaking new ground in people management, corporate culture and staff retention – aspects to which we attach great importance in our day-to-day work.
